CNC Milling

Apogee’s milling capacity ranges from the basic 3 axis mill for 2.5D forms through 4 axis simulations machining, multi pallet horizontal for large volumes and 24-hour production to 5 axis complex componentry.

We can program and machine directly from a 3D model or create programs from 2D drawings, depending on your requirements due to our integrated Solidworks CAM/CAM system.

We complement production with a full range of precision tooling which allows us to machine to a high tolerance and surface finish as required by many of our customers.  We manufacture components for a wide range of industries including motorsport, Oil and Gas and Defence, these range from 1 off prototypes through to large production runs.

All our work can be quantified due to our inhouse metrology clean room and any manufactured component can be provided with a full inspection report.
